Thank you for considering our store for your purchase. Our returns and refund policy is as follows:

We accept returns and provide refunds for items that are unopened and in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. However, we do not accept returns or provides refunds for items that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. 

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is unopened and in its original packaging, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, and may take up to 10 business days to process.

We offer shipping within the UK via Royal Mail 48. This shipping option includes tracking and insurance for your package and aims to deliver in two to three working days from dispatch. 

Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control. While we strive to deliver your package within the estimated timeframe, there may be delays during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.  

If there are any delays with your package, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible. We will also work with Royal Mail to resolve any issues and ensure your package is delivered to you as quickly as possible. 

Please ensure that you provide us with accurate and complete shipping information, including your full name, address, and phone number. We are not responsible for any delays or additional shipping charges that may occur due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
