Baristabot & The Bookworm is a medium/high temperature French Roast, making a strong, powerful continental French style coffee.
The slightly higher roasting temperature brings out some of the sharper flavours of this Central American blend.  Works well made by any method and gives a milder espresso if made in a stovetop or espresso machine.
